Dill rice (kind of a green rice with spices)

• ½ bunch of dill finely chopped

• 2 onions

• 2 cups of rice

• 1 bag of lima beans

• 1 tpsp tumeric

• 1 tbsp curry powder

• Meat is cooked separately and added later

• Excellent with salsa

Cook onions for 2 minutes with pepper and salt. Also add tumeric and curry. Then add washed rice and water to cover the rice. Bring to boil and simmer for ½ hour.

All these dishes (including the previous ones) are served best with nan bread. Found at any decent middle eastern store or specialty foods market. It's very soft bread....you find it at indian restaurants too! Pita will do if you can't find any nan.
