SALSA: to make a giant amount (3-5 gallons of salsa) which you can freeze

3 Green Peppers

3 Red Peppers

3 Yellow Peppers

10-12 GOOD tomatoes

3-4 Jalapenos

3-4 Habeneros

3-4 other hot peppers (or just use more jalepenos or habeneros)

3 White Flesh Peaches

3 Bananas

3 bunches of cilantro

2 Cans stewed/seasoned/italian tomatoes

sea salt or equivalent

pepper

oregano

avacado or gaucomole are also good
