One of my favorite easy meals is:

1 lb. of lean ground beef (or turkey)

1 jar of good tomato sauce (or for you cooks, homemade sauce)

1 lb. of elbow macaroni (or any small pasta will do)

Boil the pasta until al dente. Brown the ground beef until almost cooked and drain it (I usually rinse it under water too to wash off excess fat). Once the pasta is done, throw it in the pan with the beef and mix in the jar of sauce. Cook until heated through and serve with a little parmesan cheese on top. Delish!
