1/4 cup of veg. oil
1 tsp of lemon juice
2 tsp old bay seasoning
parsley
dash of hot sauce (I used Crystal)
2 tsp of white wine vinagar
marinade pork chops for minimum of 1/2 hour
bake at 325 until done
I served it with a side of sauted potatos and onions with hot sauce and crushed red pepper flakes.
Two Yuenglings to wash it down.
