my additions for you guys...

Dijon Chicken

4 skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup dijon mustard

1/2 cup sour cream

salt

pepper

garlic powder

1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cups italian breadcrumbs

Wash and dry chicken.

Season wiht salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Combine mustard and sour cream in bowl.

Roll chicken in the mustard and sour cream.

Roll chicken in the breadcrumbs.

Place in greased casserole dish.

Bake at 400 for 45-50 minutes.
