this recipe is too easy and I haven't tasted yet but it smells divine
3-4 lb chicken - whole or in pieces
salt pepper paprika (i used Emeril's essence)
turn the crock pot on high
take 3-4 pieces of tin foil and make 4" balls - place in bottom of pot
wash and pat dry chicken
season *generously!* with s & p and paprika(other spices)
cook on high one hour then turn it down and cook for 8-10 hours
it really smells delicious and I can tell it's gonna be "fall off the bone"
and so easy even you guys can do it
