I have a fantastic addition
made this last night - has gone to the front of the recipe box - very tasty (spicy!), very easy, and low fat too - it's the trifecta!
BBQed Pork Tenderloin
Rub -
2 Tablespoons granulated garlic
2 Tablespoons granulated onion
1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 Tablespoon black pepper
1/4 C salt (i use kosher)
1/4 C paprika
1/4 C loose pack brown sugar
combine all in a jar - makes about a 1 1/2 cups of the rub
definitely going to try this on chicken breasts as well
for each tenderloin (about 1 to 1 1/2 lbs)
rub generously with some oilve oil then ~ 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the rub
cover and refrigerate for an hour or 2 - longer not necessary
medium heat on the grill - not too hot this needs to grill slowly
about an hour grilled on all sides
delicious! very flavorful
