Rotel Turkey Burger

**Ground turkey breast (mine comes in 20oz pkg)

**1 heaping Tbls good taco seasoning (mine's HOT)

**1/2 small can chopped green chiles

**1/2 can Rotel with juice (I used a spoon to be sure I got plenty of juice)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together very well. I stirred with a fork until it was a pink goo and didn't even look like ground meat anymore - no binder such as egg whites is needed. Roll into balls and then flatten into patties. Cook in a non stick skillet with a spritz of Pam. They were so juicy from the rotel and VERY flavorful!!

**Turkey Meatballs instead of burgers: Brown the balls in a non stick skillet. Then transfer to a sauce pan with the remainder of the cans of green chiles and Rotel, plus another full can of Rotel. Simmer I'd say, oh, 20 minutes or until done.
