Ingredients:

6 fairly ripe regular banans or saba bananas

(not mushy cuz you need to be able to handle them)

¼ cup coconut milk

1 ½ cups of brown sugar

½ cup of regular sugar

8 oz can of jackfruit drained

20-30 egg roll wrappers, Thawed and seperated

Procedure:

1) Mix the two sugars together in a bowl

2) Slice bananas until you have slices that are ½ inch thick and about 4 inches long.

3) Slice the jackfruit into slivers of equal length to the bananas, and ½ inch wide.

4) Roll the banana slices in the coconut milk to coat and then in the mixed sugar to coat.

5) Sprinkle inside of egg roll wrapper with some of the sugar mix.

6) Place the coated banana and a couple slivers of jackfruit in the egg roll wrapper and wrap like you would an egg roll.

7) Fry until golden brown. Sprinkle sugar mix while still hot if desired.
