Fish and red sauce

• Six pieces of fish (Tilapia is good or try halibut)

• Chopped small onion

• 3 chopped green onions

• 1 can of stewed tomatoes

• 1 can of tomato puree

• 1 fresh squeezed lemon

• 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic

Cook the onions in oil and then add the tomatoes and garlic. Cook well and place above fish place in oven tray. Add pepper and salt. Also add lemon juice and finally ½ a bunch of chopped parsley. Bake for 35-40 mins at 400 degrees.
