Chicken curry

• 1 lb boneless chicken breast strips cut into 2 inch cube cuts

• 1 box mushrooms cut into halves

• 2 big potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes

• 1 can of coconut milk

• 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped

• 2 tbsp of curry paste

• 1 tbsp of black pepper and salt

• 2 tbsp of lemon juice

• 2 tbsp curry powder

• 1 tbsp corn starch mixed in ¼ glass of water

• Cover with water

• 350 degrees for 1.5 hours or more

• Serve with rice
