Norman Oak (a.k.a. In Sung Ok), born in
Kyung Nam, South Korea, studied Art at
Park Deuk Soon Art Institute in Seoul.

After his training, he developed his skills
by working with his father, Kisu Ok, who
is considered by some to be the foremost
portrait painter in Korea.
